Polis processes the content you submit for persona testing solely to run the test and produce the report. Submitted artifacts, generated personas, and reactions are stored against your account so you can retrieve reports. We do not sell your data. Authentication is handled by WorkOS; payments by Stripe; model inference is routed through the Vercel AI Gateway. Submitted content may be sent to third-party model providers via the Gateway for the purpose of generating reactions.

Delete-on-request and data-retention controls are available to account owners. Contact the account owner's email on file.
